Need help finding a song that will perfectly match the way I feel about this woman who has played me like a sap and has broken my heart countless times but yet I’m still deeply in love with her.
(My first and only gf to date)
We started dating at boarding school, we went out for 11 days. She broke up with me because she said that it felt weird dating at a boarding school. She still wrote me all these notes saying how she wants to be with me. That continues for a few months, I start buying her really nice things for Valentines day and her Birthday. Eventually her best friend tells her what she was doing to me is wrong because she already has a boyfriend back at home. I get sad knowing that all of this was "something to entertain her" at boarding school. We continue to be best friends because I’m infatuated with her. More months go by, I’m just waiting to be there in case her boyfriend back at home breaks her heart some how. They break up sort of… so I think that she will be with me again. She leads me on that way as well. School gets out for summer. I go back home to California and she goes home to Florida. We continue to talk on the phone for hours on end. Eventually I go down there to visit her for my 18th birthday. (There is noting I’d rather do than spend my 18th birthday with her) she gives me my first kiss and swoops my virginity. Everything is going all wimbly-nimbly. Then one night while were cuddling in a field she all of a sudden breaks down crying saying "I dont know what to do about this" "I’m still in love with my ex-bf" I’m like, "I understand" She asked when the earliest I could leave was, and I was like, "tomorrow". She lets me leave the day before my birthday. She knows that I’m head over heels for her. At this time, my father got a job on an oil rig in India. I go visit him for a bit, and I continue to talk to her about stuff in a best friend way. I need to finish my high school up, and my options are go to a boarding school in India or go live with a friend and go to school with them. A month passes, her and I get on a level a little past a "best friend" again for the 100th time, and I ask her if I can come live with her for a bit till I get my own appartment and a car. She says thats fine and that she talked to her mom and she said it was ok. So I book a ticket for the day after tomorrow. As Im packing at 4am to catch my flight she texts me saying, "WAIT, I was drunk last night when I told you that. My mom is going to be so mad at me….blah blah blah" So I’m sitting in my bed thinking what to do. Do I get on my flight in 2 hours and hope things work out somehow? Or do I embarrass the living shit out of myself and tell my dad that he just wasted 1700$ on a plane ticket and that my "girlfriend" says I cant come anymore. I talk to her for a bit, and get on my flight that stops in California first. I stay there for a few days with some friends and continue to talk to her. She says she talked to her mom and that I could come after the 3-4th day. I get so happy that I wanted to cry. I get on the next flight to Jacksonville. When I get there she tells me that shes with her ex boyfriend again. I get pretty depressed but try to hide it. A few days ago she broke up with her BF again. Think this time its for real, but now shes not even showing any interest in me. She ignores me all the time at home. And Im pretty sure shes hooking up with some other guy. Someone who she would sneak out at 2am to go get drunk with. Yet she wont even say "Hey Andrew" when she gets home from school.
