How do I fix a sqeaky Beach Cruiser bicycle seat?

Ok so Ive had my sixthreezero beach cruiser since April and I absolutely love it. However the seat makes this loud squeaking noise whenever I sit on it. Its alittle embarrasing. I was just wondering what should I do to fix this problem?

It may be in the springs. It may be in the seat rails that attach to the seat post. Consult a local bike shop. They will have chain oil that should cure the problem.

Had a similar problem on a Raleigh hybrid.

What is the difference between Mossberg 500 Cruiser and Persuader?

I just bought a Mossberg 500 but mine on the tag it says Persuader/Cruiser? I’ve notice there’s different ones is mine a combo of both? What can I do to mine? I want to use it for home defense as well for hunting..

The persuader is an extended magazine tube gun that holds 7+1 in the chamber. The cruiser is a pistol grip Mossy. To have both, your gun would be a 7+1 with a pistol grip.

Is a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser better than a 2006 Toyota Avalon?

Im looking into buying a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser with 129k miles or a 2006 Toyota Avalon with 65k miles. I like the Land Cruiser better because its for off road use and was built in Japan, buts its 7 years older with 2x the amount of miles. Please help.
I heard that the 2006 & 2006 Avalons were recalled at the start for U-body welds and oil lines.

They are both in different categories. Luxury wise, they’re about the same.

It all comes down to whether you want a SUV or sedan. Pretty much all the factors are equal like 4 doors, brand, comfort, etc.

I personally like the Land Cruiser more. Those are amazingly built cars.

Is it possible to coast on a cruiser bicycle?

I was planning to get an electra cruiser with coaster brakes and I was wondering if it would be possible to coast. (Moving without pedaling)

Of course. Coaster brakes work by pedaling backwards. Not pedaling, ypu are freewheeling. Pedaling forward drives the bike.

where can you find bike pegs for a beach cruiser in southern california?

I bought a beach cruiser and now I want to put pegs on the back axel. We’ve tried 2 sets of bmx pegs and they just don’t fit the short screws on the axel. We’ve tried every bicycle shop in Santa Monica, and failed to find any. The bike mechanics have been less than helpful. Anyone from Southern California have an idea where we might be able to find some? Thanks!

Beach cruisers were not meant to have pegs, they serve no purpose.

How do I change my language settings in my chrysler pt cruiser?

I recently bought a ‘08 chrysler pt cruiser (pacific coast edition) and when i bought it the language settings were in german. I was wondering how to change that language into english. Could anyone help? Thanks.

Go to the menu (assuming it’s a navigation system) and click on language. Or read your manual…and they’ll tell you how to do it. Congratulations on your purchase, I hope you have a warranty.

Jeep Cherokee Involved in Various Accidents

In Harrison Township, Ohio: Two vehicles, a Jeep Cherokee and a van crashed into each other, trapping the van driver inside. The accident happened late Monday night at about 10:35 pm.

According to investigation, the accident may have been caused by one of the vehicles while pulling out of a Speedway gas station near North Main and Needmore Road, Harrison Twp. The driver of the van is in critical condition and was taken to Miami Valley Hospital.

On the other hand, the driver and passenger of the Jeep Cherokee were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital were they are to be treated for the minor injuries they have suffered. The two northbound lanes in front of the Speedway were blocked for the time being as investigation continues.

Another accident involving a Jeep Cherokee happens in New Orleans where a body of a Metairie man who was said to be fleeing a hit and run wreck was found inside a submerged Jeep Cherokee in the Soniat Canal early Sunday. Jefferson Parish Sheriff Office divers were the ones who pulled the body out of the sunken vehicle. According to Col. John Furtunato, Sheriff’s Office spokesman, the man was 30 years of age. The official however, refrained from revealing the victim’s name since they have to notify the relatives first.

According to witnesses they have been following the Jeep Cherokee with a Chevrolet Monte Carlo heading eastbound on Airline Drive at North Elm Street and about half a mile away the Jeep crashed through a barricade before finally falling into the canal at North Lester. The man was pronounced dead at 4:42 am. No other injuries were reported in the accident.

More news on the Jeep Cherokee but this time it’s not a car accident but a carnapping incident involving a stolen Jeep Cherokee that happened in Warren, Michigan. According to police operatives the stolen Jeep headed to the BP Gas Station at Ten Mile and Mound Roads where the carnapper stole a windshield washer fluid.

Further reports said that while the Jeep was fleeing from the police, the car thief crashed into a police cruiser near Mound and Eight Mile Roads. Police said that the same guy was responsible for stealing solvent from a Mobile Gas Station on Schoennherr in Sterling Heights Monday morning. The car thief is still at large; operatives are asking the public to call them for any lead.

The week was loaded with accidents involving Jeep Cherokee. These accidents however, were not caused by faulty Jeep parts like damaged Jeep alternator not even an error in wiring, etc. — obviously, it’s nothing of that sort.

Private Jets: Why does Mr. Big want it?

The sales figures for private jets have gone up by about 40% in the United Kingdom following a bomb scare at a busy international airport. Sales of private jets world has gone up by about 35%. This is an increasingly disturbing trend for commercial airlines since it has also been observed that the number of business class passengers flying regularly with commercial airlines, had halved over the time, from 18% to 9%.

What can explain this trend, The ever increasing number of people turning towards the private charters, fractional ownership of planes and actually buying their exclusive private jets for either business or leisure purposes?

It could be ever steeply climbing apprehensions about their safety, with the number of hijack instances steadily rising, the recent show of terrorism, increased frisking and security at the airport terminals which tend to put harried business people off. It could be due to the fact that loads of time is wasted at the airport check-in kiosks, crowded terminals, delayed or cancelled flights.

A private jet gives the biggy a big kick. It saves him and his business a good deal of time and he is well equipped with the entire necessary infrastructure to be able to stay in touch with his folks at work, even while flying, at the same time, helping him haul himself to distant places where his presence could make or break a deal.

Sometimes, they need to get away from the grind of business, or perhaps host a whacky party at a whacky place what can be crazier than a full blown party high up in the air? It gives them the freedom to go with the people they want to, to the places where they want to go and whenever they feel like going.

Most important, these private jets have access to more airports than the commercial airlines do, moreover, they can land anywhere where this is a tiny stretch of runway. However, the fact that the hair rising cost of these planes is justifiable or not is debatable and a million things could be said for and against it.

The kick, the fancy, the time saved, the productivity gained, the access, the freedom, the power and the fact that he owns the craft he is flying in. Now, isn’t all that quite enough for him to go ahead and pamper himself over The Atlantic, with his all new, very blue, high speed luxury cruiser?

BMX Bike Parts Are Bringing Power And Delicacy Together

Earlier, bikes were being manufactured with a simple frame and a fork assembly, including a couple of wheels and a seat. Now, with the introduction of the BMX Bike Parts, the fashion has undergone a huge change.

Many additional features have been introduced to turn the BMX bikes all the more unique and contemporary. The BMX bikes are the latest additions to biking, representing power and passion.

The BMX bikes have many additional features for executing different stunts. The addition of the foot pegs to the front and rear axles have made it easy for bikers to perform various tricks and maneuvers.

The bikers can simply stand on the front pegs and spin the rest of the bike around. It also helps to perform summersaults in mid air. Riding the BMX bikes in the neighborhood or in your backyard is great fun.

The frames of BMX bikes are lightweight yet powerful. The frames are usually made of lightweight aluminum and are rustproof. They come in different sizes and patterns, ranging from the mini to the full size ones.

The diameters of the wheels range from the normal 20-inch to the 24 inch Cruiser. The lighter wheels are the unique features of the BMX bikes. The top tubes are generally 20 to 21 inches long.

A linear pull brake offers the ultimate grip, and helps the rider to restrict his speed. The bolt-on components like standing pegs, platform for the frame, the chain stays and the brakes have helped these bikes with supreme maneuverability and safety.

The BMX tires are thus, the best known for speed and traction. There are other unique features, like the handlebars, the small saddles, long cranks, and rear handbrakes. Besides, the linear pull brake offers the ultimate grip for maximum stopping power.

How To Ride the Bikes Safely

A few safety measures should be maintained during the ride.

There should be padding on the frames top tube.
There should be atleast a single working brake.
The kickstand, the chainguards, fenders and reflector brackets should be well maintained.

The BMX bikes are specially designed for racing. Nowadays, the kids too ride the bikes in order to reach the school earlier. These bikes have gained a huge popularity over the past decade. By the mid 90’s the biking styles have changed. The differentiations in frame and riding style have brought the uniqueness to the BMX bikes. Thus, the beauty and pulse of biking have undergone a sea of change.

There are places where the individual parts are kept for practicing the riding skills. With the help of these well-manufactured parts, the bikers regularly experiment with their skills too. Moreover, the popular X-games, extensively sponsored, are played with the BMX bikes.
